Are you a woman considering a run for office?

Women LEADing Ohio helps to identify, train, and support women who are actively working to elect more women to government offices in Ohio, whether they are working on a campaign or are a candidate themself. By increasing the number of women in the political process in Ohio, we ensure that the needs and voices of women and families are represented in our government.

Women LEADing Ohio programming includes weekend workshops and Informational Sessions throughout the year. All programming is geared towards women, with topics taught by women professionals and elected officials with a lens of being a woman in the typically male dominated space of government.
